Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred- Minimum of 2+ years of good-quality post-qualification experience, with solid IGCSE and A Level experience of at least two years- Experience in incorporating practical elements, including the A Level practical, and integrating practicals across all levels- Ability to demonstrate high levels of student progress for a wide range of EAL (English as an Additional Language) learners- Proficiency in planning and assessment with a rigorous approach- Capability to collaborate, establish rapport, and communicate effectively in a Dual Language Immersion environment and multi-cultural contexts- Proficiency in using data to inform teaching and learning
